Valves and Hydrants

Saint-Gobain-PAM - Adjustement Bend with Rotatable Flanges

Field of use: For drinking water networks. The scope of use of Aquacoat® fittings in soils is equivalent to that of Natural Biozinalium pipes, it is suitable for the majority of soils, as defined in appendix D.2.2 of standard EN545:2010. exception : peaty and acidic soils, soils containing waste, ashes, slag or contaminated by certain waste or industrial effluents, soils located below the level of the marine water table having a resistivity less than 500 Ω cm. In such soils, or in other aggressive environments, or in the event of stray currents, it is recommended to use other, more suitable types of coatings.

Saint-Gobain-PAM - Air Inlet Check Valve

The purpose of the Air Inlet Check Valve is to permit a high flow air intake into the pipe, in order to prevent negative pressure, the result of which would be damage to the sealing joints and a risk of the pipe being crushed. It provides a normal flow during pipe draining.

Drinking Water - Raw Water

BLUTOP - Ductile Iron Pipe

Proven to significantly improve the operating efficiency and working conditions of pipe-laying teams at work sites, the award-winning BLUTOP range is ideal for use within drinking water distribution networks in urban, semi-urban and rural areas. It has been designed to facilitate the extension or renewal of existing networks and, advantageously, is dimensionally compatible with existing plastic pipe (Polyethylene/PE and Polyvinyl Chloride/PVC) networks and their related connection and maintenance accessories. Available with diameters of between 75 and 160 mm, the ductile cast iron pipes and fittings of the BLUTOP range are expected to last more than 100 years, due to their high mechanical strength, protection against soil and water aggression, guaranteed leak tightness, and flexible junctions.

Hydroclass - Ductile Iron Pipe

The perfect ductile iron pipe for robust and flexible water distribution networks in all situations.Through knowledge gained by our dedicated research centre in areas such as soil corrosion phenomena, our ductile iron pipelines have the latest coating technologies and often exceed minimum industry standards. Our joints are also developed and tested here in the most extreme conditions. HYDROCLASS pipes are available with Zinalium or with a pure zinc coating. As soon as it comes in contact with soil, a zinc-based coating generates an overall protective layer that constitutes a real shell for buried ductile cast iron pipelines. Compared to a pure zinc coating, Zinalium triples the service life of the protective layer.  The ductile iron pipes and fittings in the HYDROCLASS range are available with diameters between 100 and 2,000 mm.

NATURAL - Ductile Iron Pipe

Suitable for both the transport and distribution of water in urban, semi-urban and rural areas, the ductile iron pipes and fittings in the NATURAL range are available with diameters between 60 and 1,000 mm. Resulting from Saint-Gobain PAM’s ongoing research into zinc-based coatings to improve the protection of buried networks of iron pipes, this range has become embedded all over Europe and is at the heart of the hydraulic networks heritage. Composed of pipes with standard joints, associated with EXPRESS or STANDARD joint fittings, the NATURAL range comes highly recommended by pipe-laying contractors as it makes installation extremely easy.`
