Electropump units are designed to handle non-aggressive chemical and petrochemical fluids and to be installed in classified areas (with explosion or fire hazard), unless the customer requests special constructions for specific uses. The equipment essentially consists of the following components:

The SAMPI CPM`s are complete truck pumping and metering integrated systems, which can operate with PTO or hydraulic motors. These systems comprise a multi-way valve for loading/unloading modes. CPM systems are ideal where terminals are not provided with a pumping and/or metering system.

SAMPI is able to produce metering and pumping skids on customer request. This configuration makes the installation easier and faster, optimizing available space. It’s also available a special transformation kit that permit to create a 4-wheeled version.

Liquid Controls MP Series Bi-Rotor Positive Displacement (PD) Meters offer the ultimate in measurement accuracy for custody transfer of petroleum and aviation fuels. LC MP-Series meters are well-suited for use in industries requiring precise flow measurement and reliable, extended service life: refined petroleum products, crude oil, LPG, power plant, petrochemicals.

SAMPI is able to provide a wide set of systems for a lot of applications. Standard systems provided by SAMPI consist of dispensers for the refuelling of boats in marinas, public transportation vehicles, military vehicles and aircraft, over and under-wing. SAMPI manufactures a wide range of refuelling dispensers from 200 to 700 litres per minute. They are basically built with our flow-meters and pumps contained inside a strong stainless or treated steel cabinet with a wide range of accessories such as hose reels, filter-water, separator, extra by-pass for double flow-rates, mechanical and electronic read out, pulser, etc.

Liquid Controls M Series rotary motion positive displacement (PD) meters offer the best in measurement accuracy for custody transfer of petroleum products, aviation fuels, and a broad range of industrial liquids. LC meters present a unique design, almost nullifying the stream shear action, balancing pressures in the meter chamber, ensuring an insignificant pressure drop through the meter. LC meter consists of a housing in which three synchronized rotors turn with no metal-to-metal contact neither between them nor with the housing internal surface, preventing the internal parts from wear, which results in a long lifetime. The hydraulic sealing is accomplished by a stationary boundary layer of liquid, not by the wiping action of mechanical parts.

MS-Series double case unique design provides the same advantages of M/MA series meters but at higher flow rates and with an internal hydraulic balance which further reduces wear and allows a service-free working time of some year decades.
