The Samsco Water Evaporator II is Samsco’s flagship product, and has set the industry standard for water evaporator design and manufacturing.

The Samsco WasteSaver™ is a dual-effect, vacuum distillation evaporator that uses low-pressure steam to evaporate wastewater under vacuum at very low temperature. The steam is then condensed and returned for reuse as clean, distilled water. By evaporating under vacuum, the system can return many valuable process streams to their primary uses, which allows for a complete, closed-loop system.

Pure Water at Low Cost - Reverse osmosis is the most efficient process available to remove dissolved minerals, bacteria, particles and organic impurities from water supplies.

We offer an extensive line of high quality, cost effective, pre-engineered high purity demineralizers and deionizers, either separate or mixed bed.All systems are PLC controlled and include a conductivity monitor and flow meter for instantaneous quality readout. Service flow rates range from 1 to 100 gallons per minute per vessel.

The Samsco EnviroStill MVR (Mechanical Vapor Recompression) evaporator represents a major advancement in evaporation technology. By combining Vacuum and MVR in a single, compact, low-capital system, thousands of dollars in annual operating costs can be saved. Energy is the single largest component of operating costs in many wastewater treatment systems, and particularly is this so with distillation, where it generally accounts for 50-70% of total operating costs. The Samsco EnviroStill MVR Evaporator uses metal plate heat exchange technology, which recycles energy within the system, effectively multiplying energy input from 15 to 30 times, which dramatically lowers energy consumption.

The Evaporative Tank (ET-III-W) atmospheric wastewater evaporator is designed specifically to evaporate water from solutions with high solids content. This particular design eliminates any small, entrapping passages. The up AND down-draft spraying at very high flow rates produces high evaporation at moderate temperatures.
