Sanborn - LiquaPac HS – TMC Tank Mounted Series
The Sanborn LiquaPac HS TMC is a compact Tank Mounted Centrifuge “TMC” mounted on a uni-base complete with a centrifuge drive motor and electrical controls. The LiquaPac HS is equipped with a self-draining bowl and feed acceleration. Each centrifuge is provided with a set of two Durable Plastic Liners for ease of solids removal and to minimize centrifuge down time. The most common installation for the LiquaPac HS TMC is typically mounted on existing customer tanks and sumps. These two-phase centrifuges will effectively separate and remove grinding swarf and particulate matter from metal working coolants and fluids. Cleaned coolant will flow back into the tank or sump by gravity for continuous purification and reuse. A durable plastic liner provides ease of solids removal.
Sanborn - Model LiquaPac HS – RCS Series - Centrifuge System
The LiquaPac HS RCS Centrifuge System is our most common version of the LiquaPac HS manually clean centrifuge. The RCS Centrifuge systems are provided complete with centrifuge feed pump(s), clean coolant supply pump(s). The RCS Centrifuge Systems come mounted on our unique clean/dirty tank system that allows closed loop multi-pass processing through the centrifuge to maintain continuous recirculation of the metal working coolants within RCS tank, without the need of level controls. These cost-effective LiquaPac HS Centrifuge Systems provide a high level of Coolant Recycling and liquid solids separation without the excessive costs typically associated with competitive centrifuges.
