The Vibro-Lab280 is the ideal solution for benchtop filtration and process development. The unit fits 1 or 2 cartridges, giving you a large span in working volume to work with.

The Vibro-Lab3500 reduces the complexity of membrane filtration due to the patented Vibro technology and Free Flow Plates. The Vibro-Lab3500 is the ideal equipment for process development and membrane screening. The see-through housing makes it possible to observe the membrane area during process and cleaning. The reduced complexity with Vibro filtration makes it simple to setup and connect as the crossflow pump is redundant and cooling not needed.

The the Vibro-Lab3500 cartridge consists of a membrane element and a membrane chamber. Each cartridge can easily be replaced due to the simple membrane cartridge replacement system. The membranes are available in a wide range of materials and with pore sizes ranging from 1 kDa to 1.2 µm.

The perfect benchtop filtration solution for process development and small-scale filtration applications. Low fouling continues filtration where the filter is kept clean by vibration shear. The retentate chamber and the membrane element vibrates horizontally while the patented Vibro technology makes the media inside the retentate chamber stationary. The relative vibration of media and membrane creates turbulence on the membrane surface and thereby keeps the fouling layer at a minimum.

The SANI Membranes peristaltic pump is ideal together with the Vibro-Lab3500 as an adjustable feed pump in a continuous setup (system pressure up to 2 bar) or as a mix flow pump. The stainless steel cabinet delivers 0-6 l/min.

The Vibro technology makes it possible to run the separation with 100% uniform and extremely low TMP. Thus, improving separation and making actual microfiltration a possibility. All engineering solutions are sanitary and all parts in media contact are in FDA / EC 1935/2004 compliant materials. The Vibro technology makes the crossflow pump redundant and as a result, the energy requirements for pumping and cooling are reduced.

The Vibro-I Feed System with intuitive controls and datalogging is delivered on a frame and can easily be connected to a Vibro-I. All engineering solutions are sanitary and all parts in media contact are in FDA / EC 1935/2004 compliant materials. The Vibro-I Feed System can be used in any lab or production unit due to the small footprint. Furthermore, the system is on wheels.
