Sani - Model Vibro-I -Feed System
The Vibro-I Feed System with intuitive controls and datalogging is delivered on a frame and can easily be connected to a Vibro-I. All engineering solutions are sanitary and all parts in media contact are in FDA / EC 1935/2004 compliant materials. The Vibro-I Feed System can be used in any lab or production unit due to the small footprint. Furthermore, the system is on wheels.

Together with a Vibro-I (2.5 – 20 m²) the Vibro-I Feed System is the perfect pilot and production unit for continues and batch membrane filtration. It can operate in both ‘mix flow’ and ‘over the tank’ mode by a simple reconnection of the pipes and is suitable for all microfiltration and ultrafiltration applications (0.05-4 bar): from high transmission microfiltration – to cell harvesting / concentration – to ultra-high viscosity and high solids loads. The Vibro-I Feed System has a simple and intuitive interface with data logging.
The Vibro-I Feed System can be used for food and pharmaceutical production as the unit is sanitary and all parts in media contact are in FDA / EC 1935/2004 compliant materials.
Due to the compact design with a footprint of as little as 65 x 90 cm, the Vibro-I Feed System can be used in almost any site and lab. The unit is delivered on a stainless-steel frame on wheels, and there is no need for onsite mechanical work – just plug in the power and start processing.
