BatchTron uses a PLC & touchscreen plant interface with PC based Windows software, giving you unsurpassed reliability and batching accuracy. BatchTron can be custom designed to work on the most complicated of plants, linking multiple processes together. The rugged, hard-wearing microwave Mixer Moisture Sensor. The AquaMix 2270D digital microwave on-line concrete mixer moisture sensor is highly sensitive to moisture changes in the mixer.  Installed in the concrete mixer floor or wall, it measures the material as it is mixed.  The ever-changing moisture value connects to the control system for measurement and concrete moisture control.  The high-tech Silicon Nitride ceramic used for the AquaMix sensor’s faceplate is almost diamond hard; thicker and tougher  than anything else in the industry.  As a result, it endures the harsh abrasion of the aggregates as they mix.  See all moisture sensor models.

Versatile Touch-Screen Moisture Controller with three choices of operation. Imagine your mixer with precise, touch-screen moisture control.  Better product as a result. AquaControl 1540 touch-screen moisture measurement controller, together with the rugged and accurate AquaMix 2270D moisture sensor, gives you three different methods of concrete moisture measurement control. This allows you to choose the best, most accurate control method for your plant and product.  You will see up to 30% improvement in speed, compared with older resistance-based methods.  The PLC software is the same as used in BatchTron; fast and reliable.

Sono-Vario, a more accurate way to measure moisture. The SONO-VARIO moisture level sensor uses Time Domain Reflectometry to measure the moisture of the material.Because it uses uses Time Domain Reflectometry, the Sono-Vario sensor can measure the  moisture of sand, fine aggregates and other granular materials within 0.1% and coarse aggregates up to 1.25″ (32mm) within 0.2%, which is better accuracy than other microwave methods.  You should position it in a plate where the material flows out of a hopper.  The sensor measures bulk moisture but you can calibrate it to read surface moisture in most materials. 

The Temperature Sensor that’s Tough and Reliable. TempTron 2610 is a temperature sensor that stands up to the abrasive wear in aggregate bins and mixers TempTron 2610 temperature sensor meets the need for temperature monitoring in concrete, asphalt and similar plants where normal sensors just do not last.   Use it for sand and aggregate bin temperature measurement.  It can also be used in concrete mixers for measurement of mixer temperature while the concrete mixes.  The TempTron 2610 temperature probe has built-in electronics. As a result, it can transmit temperature readings for long distances with its 2-wire analog connection.  You can connect its standard process-control output directly to PLC and computer inputs.  In consequence, it allows you to set up both indicators and temperature control systems in a short time.

SiloWeigh Basic displays the weight of material in your silo, allowing you to reconcile inventory quickly and efficiently keeping your business on the right track. Our digital display connects locally to the sensors mounted on your silo. Imagine weighing bulk fiber into your batch, recorded in your batch reports. Do you have a need for synthetic or metal fibers in your mix?  Using bagged fibers and want to change, or just not sure how to do it?  We have a solution. The Dosmec range of bulk fiber dispensers from Italy is a relatively inexpensive way to weigh fiber into your mix.  You can add it as an extra scale in your batching controller.  Enter the quantity of fiber as a weight per cu. yd. or cu. m. in your batch formula.  It will be weighed in proportion to the batch size and added to your aggregate belt as the aggregates discharge from the scale.

Imagine adding the right amount of fiber to your batch – every time, recorded in your batch reports. Load it and forget it.  For automatic production, the fiber bag dispenser, or fiber bag doser, drops your fiber or other additives reliably into the mix.  No need to manually dispense it because the bag dispenser holds up to 28 bags.  Drop one, two or more, depending on the concrete batch size.  Treat your fiber like an admix, proportioning it to the batch size .
