Activated Carbon Plants

Systems for storage and dosing of activated carbon for wastewater treatment and water purification. Activated carbon is primarily used in waste water purification and drinking water treatment. We support you with a customised concept for storage and dosing systems. Established process: PAC (continuous dosing of powdered activated carbon into a contact basin). New process: µGAC (generation of a fluidised bed of µGAC and water in a reactor + regular feeding of µGAC into the reactor)

Milk of Lime Plants

We are manufacturers of milk of lime plants and master both common processes for the production of milk of lime based on hydrated lime or quicklime. Our hydrated lime plants are used for lime consumption quantities of approx. 50 - 800 tonnes per year. For higher consumption quantities, we recommend using one of our lime slaking plants based on white fine lime (CaO). The ratio of hydrated lime to water can be calculated volumetrically or gravimetrically. An overview of the possible applications of our plants in the various treatment processes can be found here.

Dry Lime Hydrator

Our dry lime hydrator is a system with which white lime is slaked in a continuous process with the stoichiometrically required amount of water. This produces powdered hydrated lime.

Other Sorbents

The storage and dosing of other sorbents is also possible with our plants e.g. MgO (magnesium oxide), clay materials (bentonite, zeolite, etc.) and soda.
