Scott Thorne Environmental Consulting (ST-EC) is a small, privately owned business that caters to Owners and Contractors alike, within both the private and commercial sectors. Scott Thorne is recognized as a certified SBE (Small Business Enterprise) and holds a General Contractor (B) in the State of California. Scott is Certified as a Professional in Erosion and Sediment Control (CPESC) and is also an approved “Trainer of Record” for the CA required QSP, QSD certification program described in the CGP. Maneuvering around Regulatory Compliances associated with construction can be challenging. Our goal is to help contractors, developers and land managers work through these by providing honest solutions, setting expectations, providing good communication and creating a lasting relationship.
