SEALIEN - ROV-based Trencher

Sealien's ROV-based trencher is purpose-built landing cable and pipeline operations in dynamic subsea environments. Its streamlined buoyancy design minimizes hydrodynamic resistance, while the suspension-integrated track system ensures stable movement across uneven seabeds. The modular platform allows for versatile customization, and a higher ratio of self-developed components enables taster supply and easier servicing. Equipped with a proprietary cable tracking system, the trencher supports efficient multi-sensor deployment, real-time burial depth monitoring, and automated post-inspection reporting. Intelligent control software, powered by machine learning, dynamically adjusts vehicle posture, jetting pressure, and flow to match varying soil conditions, ensuring precise, high-quality burial for a wide range of cables and pipelines.

SEALIEN - Work-Class ROV System

Engineered with a new control architecture and upgraded hardware, our latest new-gen Work-class ROV offers enhanced autonomy and superior compatibility. Its exceptional stability and Al-assisted operation significantly reduce pilot workload, enabling more efficient and precise subsea missions. By adopting more standardized components, the system delivers superior cost-efficiency, quicker service response, and a greener footprint. Multiple configurations are available, including 100hp, 150hp, 250hp, and 400hp power options, along with depth ratings of 1,500m, 3,0O0m/4,0O0m, and 6,000m. Customization support is always available, tailored to meet,, your unique project needs. We  look forward to delivering  not just  equipment,  but  solutions urat continually surprise and exceed your expectations.

SEALIEN - Seabed Cable and Pipeline Burying Plough

The Seabed Cable and Pipeline Burying Plough is engineered for deep-sea burial of optical fibers, cables, umbilicals, and flexible pipelines, with the capability to operate at depths of up to 650 meters. It features a robust chassis that can bury these materials to a maximum depth of 5.5 meters. The device is fitted with an adaptable high-flow, high-pressure jetting system, optimized for seabed operations. This equipment integrates a towing-and-lifting design that permits seamless operations with the use of a single crane aboard the mother vessel, reducing operational complexity. Skid systems can be customized in size and buoyancy to accommodate varying seabed conditions. Sealien, the manufacturer, specializes in deep-sea work-class ROV technology and offers comprehensive solutions encompassing the development and leasing of trencher systems, as well as maintenance and engineering support for subsea operations.
