SEALIEN - Seabed Cable and Pipeline Burying Plough
The Seabed Cable and Pipeline Burying Plough is engineered for deep-sea burial of optical fibers, cables, umbilicals, and flexible pipelines, with the capability to operate at depths of up to 650 meters. It features a robust chassis that can bury these materials to a maximum depth of 5.5 meters. The device is fitted with an adaptable high-flow, high-pressure jetting system, optimized for seabed operations. This equipment integrates a towing-and-lifting design that permits seamless operations with the use of a single crane aboard the mother vessel, reducing operational complexity. Skid systems can be customized in size and buoyancy to accommodate varying seabed conditions. The Seabed Cable & Pipeline Burying Plough is capable of burying optical fibres, cables, umbilicals, and flexible pipelines to a maximum 5Sm depth in 650 metres depth with its high-strength chassis. With the adjustable high flow high-pressure jetting system and the skid landing on the seabed, it is towed by the mother vessel to perform laying-and-burying integrated operation. Skids are available with different sizes, or fitted with buoyancy, to meet target seabed condition. Transportation & Installation
Highly modular design enables quick assembly&isassembling of chassis, track system, jetting system, chain cut module, buoyancy, main lift point, etc, standard with assembling/disassembling tools. All system can befitted into standard containers, allowing for higher transportation efficiency.
Performance Upgrade
Jetting mode and chain cutting mode are interchangeable to adapt to various challenging geological conditions. Track can be adjusted to multiple DoF to adapt to complex submarine terrains. Travelling mechanism can be changed to achieve different travelling modes for greater operating efficiency.
