The Steelhead Inspection-Class ROV by SEAMOR is a portable and lightweight underwater system designed for stability and ease of operation with intuitive flight controls. Its compact size allows it to inspect confined spaces and facilitates simple storage. The Steelhead is suitable for deployment from small vessels and docks without requiring additional hoists or cranes. It features a standard definition NTSC/PAL camera, optimized for low-light conditions, ensuring quality video for the operator. The system includes an integrated controller and an LCD monitor module, with features like auto depth and auto heading, alongside a digital video recorder. SEAMOR offers several optional accessories, including a Dual Function Gripper for enhanced maneuverability, a handheld control pendant with a reliable Logitech F310 game controller for comfortable operation, auxiliary cameras, lights for enhanced visibility, and durable tether management solutions like the Sea Otter Reel. The thrusters are constructed for high performance, available with various depth ratings, and designed with high-quality motors and props.

The Chinook is an industrial grade inspection ROV with a wide range of capabilities. Explore depths up to 300 m (1,000′) with the standard vehicle or 600 m (2,000′) with the deep water version. A true workhorse, the Chinook offers a stable platform yet remains compact. With its small profile, the Chinook can operate in tight places and is easily stowed when not in use. Multiple handles and frame cross members allow two people to handle this ROV with ease. For greater versatility, customize your Chinook by adding accessories such as extra thrusters, navigational searching aids, manipulators, tool skids and more.

The Mako is SEAMOR Marine’s newest ROV. With a large open frame design and versatile mounting options, this vehicle can carry a variety of accessories and has the power capacity to run them all at once. The Mako’s payload (14 kg standard, upgradable to 22.5 kg) allows users to install heavy instrumentation, including multi-beam imaging sonars. Users can easily mount and position accessories without any special tools. The ample space in the accessory bay also improves flow-through, which ensures maximum thruster efficiency, making it easy to fly the Mako no matter the payload. The Mako comes standard with eight (8) SEAMOR- designed thrusters; four (4) of these are vertical thrusters that provide a more stable flight. We have arranged the Mako’s four (4) horizontal thrusters to maximize forward thrust.

The SEAMOR Marine Control Pendant is an easy-to-use accessory that offers a more comfortable approach to controlling your SEAMOR Marine ROV. Utilizing a robust and reliable Logitech F310 game controller, the SEAMOR Control Pendant puts cutting-edge control right in the palm of your hand.

Enhance the capabilities of your ROV with the addition of a SEAMOR Dual Function Gripper. With the Gripper strategically mounted in view of the ROVs on-board camera the pilot can easily maneuver into a pick up position to retrieve objects up to 90 mm (3.5”) diameter. The 360 degree continuous wrist rotation allows the jaws to be placed in the optimum gripping position as well as turn objects for placement or to use as a winding tool. Once the object is firmly in its grip the power of the ROV takes over to bring it directly to the surface or place it in a waiting retrieval basket. A gripper/cutter attachment capable of cutting cut fishing line, netting and small nylon ropes to free entangled articles is also available.

The SEAMOR Marine Auxiliary Camera is an easily- installed and re-positionable standard definition colour or black and white camera. This accessory opens up a world of new possibilities for ROV pilots. Being able to view a different angle, behind the ROV, or close-up on a manipulator will provide even more reliable information for pilots to operate and maneuver their vehicles. The same rugged and durable design that SEAMOR put into its ROVs has been incorporated into the Auxiliary Camera. All aspects of the camera are pressure tested to 600 metres. The entire unit is serviceable by SEAMOR or an authorized dealer. In contrast to other companies’ cameras which cannot be repaired, the SEAMOR Auxiliary Camera can be repaired – a 1-year limited warranty on failed parts is provided, and further servicing can be specifically targeted to the segment affected, such as the electronics or the camera, without having to repair the entire unit.

The Sturgeon 200 Thruster by SEAMOR Marine represents a significant advancement in underwater propulsion designed for superior energy efficiency. It achieves a notable reduction in energy consumption, using nearly half the power of conventional industry alternatives. This makes it highly suitable for applications involving ROVs, AUVs, and USVs where optimizing energy use is critical. Capable of accommodating various tether sizes, they incorporate slip rings and waterproof hub enclosures for seamless interface with tether electronics like fiber optic receivers and multiplexors. These reels are available either open or securely mounted in rugged Pelican cases, providing flexibility and protection. Ideal for use with SEAMOR ROVs or other customized tether management requirements, the Sea Otter Reels are engineered for long-lasting performance in harsh environments. Notably, the water-resistant hub enclosure can be detached easily for maintenance without the inconvenience of unspooling cables, highlighting a thoughtful approach to user convenience.

The SEAMOR Marine Auxiliary Light is specifically designed for underwater illumination, offering a versatile and reliable additional light source for marine and underwater operations. It boasts a 125-degree beam angle and integrates cool white LEDs to ensure that underwater objects are illuminated as naturally as possible, maintaining their authentic appearance. This auxiliary light is particularly useful in task-focused scenarios or when used alongside a vehicle's primary lighting to eliminate shadows. Engineered with the same robust construction employed in SEAMOR's ROVs, the light is pressure tested and rated for depths up to 600 meters. It offers seamless compatibility with SEAMOR's standard marine vehicles, which include ports for attaching two auxiliary lights. Additionally, users can service the light's components individually, avoiding the need for full unit replacement. A one-year limited parts warranty is also provided, emphasizing its reliability and user-friendly maintenance.
