The SX1250 is a sub-GHz RF front end device designed to work along with Semtech’s SX1302 baseband engine, to design a high-performing gateway leveraging LoRa® or LoRaWAN®. It covers any frequency band below 1GHz, making it the perfect candidate to support any license-free band used in today’s IoT use cases.

The SX1301 digital baseband chip is a massive digital signal processing engine specifically designed to offer breakthrough gateway capabilities in the ISM bands worldwide. It integrates the LoRa concentrator IP.

The SX1302 is a new generation of baseband LoRa chip for gateways. It excels in reducing current consumption, simplifies the thermal design of gateways, and reduces the bill Of materials costs, yet it is capable of handling a higher amount of traffic than preceding devices.

The SX1303 is a new generation of LoRa® baseband processor for gateways. It is size and pin compatible with SX1302 and like SX1302, it excels in cutting down current consumption, simplifying thermal design, lowering Bill Of Materials cost, and reducing overall size of gateways. In addition to supporting all the features of SX1302, SX1303 introduces a new Fine Timestamp capability that enables Time Difference of Arrival (TDOA) network-based geolocation.

The EClamp 2122S is combination EMI filter and line termination device with integrated TVS diodes for use on USB interfaces. This device utilizes solid-state silicon-avalanche technology for superior clamping performance and DC electrical characteristics. They have been optimized for protection of USB interfaces in cellular phones and other portable electronics.

The EClamp®2342N is a low pass filter array with integrated TVS diodes. It is designed to suppress unwanted EMI/RFI signals and provide electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection in portable electronic equipment.

The GN1157 is a multi-rate transceiver IC designed specifically for datacom and telecom applications. The transmit DFB/FP laser driver is an advanced design that is focused on delivering excellent optical performance while still achieving low power. Programmable equalisation is available to optimise jitter. The Tx output has programmable rise/fall times to allow optimization for different bit rates. The GN1157 features an integrated automatic power control loop that adjusts bias current to compensate for laser aging and environment change. The GN1157 is compatible with an external microcontroller look-up table to control modulation current and extinction ratio over temperature and life.
