Process Management Services
Technologies for control and management of In-situ-technologies. In order to achieve fast and effective site cleanup it is not enough to just install suitable remediation systems and operate them according to standard procedures. The high capability of in-situ remediation technology only unfolds upon smart operation management while taking into account the specific site characteristics. A powerful management of in-situ-remediation technologies must be based on reliable and fast data of the microbial and chemical process dynamics as well as on hydrogeological distribution prcesses and geochemical side reactions. The online-collection and analysis of dynamic process data in the groundwater is a central task for Sensatec personnel during site remediation.

Conventional Drilling Services
Besides the above mentioned techniques, Sensatec offers conventional drilling services such as: Window sampling. DPH-probing (heavy driving rod). Dry drilling with hollow drill auger (max. diameter 320 mm). Installation of wells and monitoring wells. The determined soil profiles are documented with the GeODin software. The databases containing the soil profiles are naturally handed over to the client or the responsible consulting engineers for further processing.
Remediation
In-Situ Remediation System
Our experience acquired over many years enables us to install the "invisible" remediation system below the ground´s surface. Depending on requirements, the remediation systems can be installed completely below the surface, similar to shaft constructions, underground garages or the basement of buildings. Such solutions are free of any restrictions to the site. The maintenance and service of the fully automated installations are performed by fully trained Sensatec staff.

Biotechnological Environment Remediation Process System
In most cases contamination of the natural environment can be handled by using nature‘s self-cleaning abilities. For this purpose, numerous strains of microorganisms are available. Due to their enzymatic capacity, they can degrade, immobilize and render some substances harmful. Harmful contaminants can be degraded and immobilized so they are no longer harmful. Thanks to the knowledge and experience of Sensatec´s specialists, such phenomena are offered through efficient and cost effective remediation options.
SensaGuard - Biomonitor Monitoring System
SensaGuard is an innovative, modular monitoring system for detecting contaminants in water cycles. The system‘s heart is a SensaGuard biomonitor, equipped with software for online data evolution retrieved from 8 biosensors. Gammari (Gammarus Pulex) are used as indicator organisms in specially-designed sensor chambers. SensaGuard‘s modular system allows for adapting to highly variable, sensitive water systems even in decentralized supply networks. Unexpected water contaminations can be detected using nonspecific measuring methods. This SensaGuard system offers a high degree of certainty and practicability.

Drilling Technology
Sensatec - Direct-Sense Probing technology
To investigate possible environmental damages we conduct Direct-Sense-Probing with the Geoprobe direct push and rotary rigs LT54, 6620DT and 7822DT using the following probing techniques: MIP-probing (Membrane Interface Probe). EC-probing (Electrical Conductivity). HPT-probing (Hydraulic Profiling Tool).
Sensatec - Direct Push Probing Technology
Sensatec conducts Direct-Push-probing with the Geoprobe rigs LT54, 6620DT and 7822DT. Mainly the technique “lost cone” is used, which is a fast and economical method to install infiltration-, injection- and monitoring points in groundwater or the unsaturated soil zone.
