SENSOR DDS MOBILE technology is designed to inspect the integrity of covered membranes / liners / asphalt irrespective of covering type (e.g. liquids, soil, gravel, etc.). In this version of SENSOR DDS technology no permanent components are installed on site, electrical sources are temporarily placed near the area to be tested and the sensors are carried to each grid location where measurements are taken. This technology is based on fact that a generated electric current will follow any moisture through a damaged area of the liner, and mobile sensors placed on top the covering layer can measure the resulting current flow.

SENSOR DDS MIT technology was developed specifically for the quality control of exposed geomembrane liners such as synthetic membranes / liners, or asphalt. Even where the damage is less that 1mm² the equipment will generate an audio visual alarm to warn the Technician that damage has been encountered. It is employed directly after the installation of a liner. The system electronically verifies the integrity of the entire surface including the welds. This enables us to find all defects (e.g. caused by transit, or following trades) down to pinhole d damage.

The SENSOR DDS LMS is system developed by Sensor s.r.o. where regular/irregular grid of sensors is installed permanently into the ground below the geomembrane. The sensors are usually installed with grid of 8x8m depending on site conditions and client’s requirements. The general rule saying denser the grid, the more accurate the damage will be located. The sensors are non-metal, made from specially developed conductive polyethylene (HDPE) with specific electrical parameters what allows us to monitor the distribution of the current flow below the geomembrane.

The Sensor DDS® RMS (Remote Monitoring System) is a mid level system developed by Sensor for installation in conjunction with a fixed system. It is installed permanently into the ground below the geomembrane and uses point sensors arranged in a grid format. It also provides even more control over the integrity of the geomembrane than offline solutions.

The SENSOR DDS RMS is system developed by Sensor s.r.o. where regular/irregular grid of sensors is installed permanently into the ground below the geomembrane. Online SENSOR DDS RMS system is giving the opportunity to have even more control over the integrity of the geomembrane then offline solutions. SENSOR DDS RMS is online system which means that Sensor technicians don’t have to travel on site to perform the test, this system enables us to connect and acquire the measuring data remotely from our base office via Sensor Cloud.

Sensor CMS is the most sophisticated version of Sensor`s online systems. It was developed with focus on  24/7 fully automatic geomembrane monitoring with precise damage detection and location functions, all without intervention from the client, or Sensor. This fully automatic approach enables the client to be completely independent from the system supplier.

The LID method avoids all of the issues of historical leak detection and location techniques by avoiding all traditional parameters and instead directly measuring for leakage in the electrophysical properties of the ground around the pipe.
