UV LED Curing

SpeedyLight - UV LED Curing System

The SpeedyLight+ UV LED curing system is a game changer in the sewer renovation market. Its revolutionary LED technology allows contractors to optimize their operations by increasing working efficiency at the job site up to six times. Curing speed varies from 0.2 to 1.0 m/min, depending on the LED head used and on the diameter of the pipe to be cured. Working diameters start at DN100 and the system is capable of effectively curing liners up to DN400. SpeedyLight+ UV LED features interchangeable curing heads for better maintenance and system cost optimization. Due to the low power of LED technology, a SpeedyLight+ UV LED system can be powered from standard 220V mains or from any 1.2 kW electrical source.

WaterLight - UV LED Curing System

WaterLight UV LED (patent pending) is the new development from SEWERTRONICS. A fast UV LED curing technology designed to work underwater without any internal air cooling limitation. It features a multi-head design, so several heads can be sequentially connected to achieve greater UV power, increasing diameter working range and curing speed. Curing speed varies from 0.30 to 1.8 m/min, depending on the number of LED heads interconnected (up to 3) and on the diameter of the pipe to be cured. Working diameters start in DN100 and the system is capable of effectively curing liners up to DN300. Due to the low consumption of LED technology, WaterLight UV LED system can be powered from standard 220V home mains or from any 2 kW electrical source.

LEDRig - UV LED Curing Technology for Glass Fibre (GFRP) Liners

LEDRig UV LED family of curing devices are designed for use with glass fibre reinforced polymer (GFRP) liners in the rehabilitation of sewer networks. Sewertronics’ patented cooling technology allows high efficiency of the LED modules, improving overall working and curing times compared with traditional UV lamps system. LEDRIG systems significantly reduce the electrical power necessary and the cost of ancillary equipment. Use Sewertronics’ online reporting application to create your own curing reports from a tablet device. The range of working diameters starts at DN150 and goes up to DN600.

QuickPatch - UV LED Curing System

The Lite version allows to cure the full range from DN80 – DN600, including a 50 m manual cable reel and a separate control unit.

QuickPatch - UV LED Curing System

The Pro version allows to cure from DN80-DN600, including a 70 m reel with elastic hose of DN20 and air ducts to supply compressed air for packer inflation. Hose design integrates power supply cable and data communication wires to curing cores and CCD cameras. Packer can be positioned either pushing the white hose in or puling from the opposite manhole.

Volta UV Curing

Volta - UV Curing Systems

Volta Mobile 600 UV curing system is equipped with light train for curing sections from DN150 to DN600 using 8x400W UV lamps. It has front and rear viewing cameras for visual control of the curing process. Volta UV lamps enhances UV output in wavelength from 400 nm to 420 nm, right in the limit between long wave ultraviolet and visible light. Longer UVA wavelengths ensures thicker surface curing.

Volta - Mobile UV Curing Systems

Volta Mobile 600+ UV curing system is equipped with light train for curing sections from DN150 to DN600 using eight dual 400/650W UV lamps, as well as front and rear viewing cameras for curing process visual control. Optionally, Volta Mobile 600 can be connected to the large light train, to power and control 8x1000 W UV lamps, extending its application range from DN600 to DN1200. Volta UV lamps enhances UV output in wavelength from 400 nm to 420 nm, right in the limit between long wave ultraviolet and visible light. Longer UVA wavelengths ensures thicker surface curing.

Working Robots

Maxwell - Small Diameter Electric Cutter

This small diameter electric cutter for handles jobs in pipes ranging DN100 to DN250. It is an entry level cutting and milling solution, but powerful machine capable of supporting CIPP operations and general sewer maintenance. This moderately priced cutter comes with a light and portable cable reel, so it can be easily transported to the job site.

Maxwell - Electric Cutting Robot for Sewer Maintenance

The Maxwell 600 electric cutting robot has been designed to work in heavy-duty renovations and sewer maintenance environments. Working diameters range from DN200 to DN600. Available with manual or motorized cable reel, the system can either be installed in a truck or left mobile for greater flexibility. The extension of the milling head plus the arm rotation provides this cutter with excellent working capabilities in the pipe.
