Water Aeration Diffuser (aeration diffuser: fine bubble , coarse bubble )

In diffused air aeration methods, the use of air diffusers are recommended for proper transfer and injection of compressed air into water or sewage due to the production of very fine bubbles. Diffusers are of fine or coarse bubble types depending on the application and size of their (fine) pores. As smaller the air bubbles are, the higher oxygen transfer efficiency will be. Fine bubble diffusers are made of a disc with a holding frame of polypropylene, and a rubber membrane of EPDM, with very fine pores for the passing of air bubbles. In many cases, coarse-bubble diffusers are preferred due to the need to more mixing and turbulence especially in sewage equalization tanks. These diffusers have advantages of better mixing, thick sludge and sediments suspension. Pressure Sand Filter /

Pressure Sand Filter Filtration process is one of the most important and well-known methods in water and wastewater treatment and clarification. The main work of the filters is the physical treatment of water by trapping the suspended particles in the filter bed layers. The water that must be clarified, enters from the upper part of the machine and is clarified by passing from the filter bed layers and exits from the bottom part of the filter. Sand filters are capable to separate and remove impurities and particulates larger than 50 microns from water with very high efficiency.
