The first step for companies wishing to mechanize the grading process is to equip themselves with a circular grader for asparagus; it is an ideal machine for farms that cultivate up to 3ha, and which allows, with a single operator, to wash, cut and select asparagus in 4 calibers, depending on the diameter.

It can be carried out either at the same time as the calibration, through plates, positioned under the cups, which warn, by means of lights, the operators as soon as the set weight is reached, or with a special machine, which optimizes the combinations of asparagus inside the bunch, minimizing excess weight.
