Non-return valves are used on outlets of all types. They ensure that the water volume is only let through in one direction. In order to keep the losses as low as possible when water flows through the flaps, we use lightweight but resilient flap bodies made of stainless steel or GRP. The use of the “sandwich construction” additionally reduces the weight of the flap.
