SHITAL DIGITAL FLOCCULATOR has been specially designed for use in water treatment plants as jar test apparatus to correctly estimate the dosing of alum and other such coagulants for treatment of water & sewage. It provides identical test conditions for all samples. It is suitable for continuous run in any busy laboratory to determine sulphate concentration and for measuring suspended matter and colloids general. Flocculator consist of electronically controlled variable speed electronic motor. Speed controller is provided to control stirrers from 5 to 150 rpm. Stainless steel stirring paddles are provided. Each stirring shaft can be removed without disturbing other stirrers. Illuminator base consist of fluorescent tube mounted below translucent acrylic sheet to provide diffused cold light through floc samples.

Catalogue cum operating instruction for automatic pipette washer electrically heated. It is used for unattended batch cleaning of pipettes up to 375mm long. Pipettes are inserted in the carrier. Six to eight siphoning cycles , each requiring about one minute, is sufficient to clean pipettes. The pipettes remain in carrier for soaking , washing and rinsing operation. Keep pipettes for operation in pipette carrier only. Connect inlet tap provided on machine with rubber pipe to water tap. Allow the chamber of the washer to fill with water up to the maximum water level. As soon as the maximum water level is reached with symphonic principal water will come out from the outlet pipe with pressure. In about one minute the whole apparatus will be empty upto the water tap level , cleaning the pipettes. Electrical heater is used to warm the water inside the chamber for quick cleaning.
