Our specially developed MOOS KSA system is a combined Jet-vac and unit for dewatering, treatment and handling of sludge which is able to reduce sludge water content by up to 90 percent. The KSA system quickly and efficiently performs sludge suction and on-site separation of water and solid waste. Thereafter, the system directs the clean water back so that only the solid waste requires transportation. The unit can be operated easily by one person.

Our specially developed, well-proven AVC system is a direct offshoot of our most important mission: optimising our customers’ efficiency. Since we launched our first AVC-system over 40 years ago, we have further developed it to produce lots of more compact versions, with volumes ranging from 6 - 42 m³. The MOOS High-Tip allows you to move sludge from smaller units to larger containers - easily, efficiently and in an environmentally friendly way. When working in an area that is distant from the nearest disposal site or purification plant, many hours a day can easily be spent on transportation. Transport costs are a burden to company accounts. That is why we have developed the MOOS High-Tip, which gives you the option to unload sludge in the vicinity, thus minimising time spent driving back and forth with sludge suction vehicles, KSA or sweepers.

The MOOS lime mixer allows you to transform sludge into valuable fertiliser on-site. The MOOS lime mixer automatically mixes dewatered sludge and lime. It is fast and efficient and produces sludge with a pH value of 12+, which wipes out all pathogens. This leaves you with a high-value fertiliser which can be spread on agricultural land. The lime mixer is a compact and mobile unit that can be set up where it will be used. This saves a lot of money on the transport of dewatered sludge.
