MOOS KSA - Jet-Vac Dewatering Unit
Dewaters up to 120 m³ sludge before emptying is required. A MOOS KSA system from Simon Moos Maskinfabrik A/S produces results that can be seen directly on the bottom line! Our specially developed MOOS KSA system is a combined Jet-vac and unit for dewatering, treatment and handling of sludge which is able to reduce sludge water content by up to 90 percent. The KSA system quickly and efficiently performs sludge suction and on-site separation of water and solid waste. Thereafter, the system directs the clean water back so that only the solid waste requires transportation. The unit can be operated easily by one person.
The result is that the system is able to dewater up to 120 m³ sludge before emptying is required, whereas traditional sludge suction units typically require emptying after 10m³. This means high capacity and greatly reduced transportation time; factors that not only increase our customers’ competitiveness, but also produce results which will displayed directly on the bottom line.
The KSA system can, of course, be combined with our AVC dewatering catchment container for use in larger-scale tasks, such as for tank and basin emptying.
