You are not alone with your Simutech Software, we offer maintenance to you. This includes: Hotline; Answers to your questions about installation and operation of the software. Delivery Of Updates; If new releases and updates are available we send it to you and install it (depends on the maintenance contract), we help as well by changes of the operating system and the database version.

If you buy eHIS InterStore as a pure service, you get an all-inclusive solution: the server-side software and the internet pages, the adaption of the maps, adaptions in the eHIS InterStore-database, if necessary,, the installation on SIMUTECH`s server, the administration of the contacts to the credit card- and the clearing enterprises, the maintenance ot the server and the database hosting, the contact to customers, if customers have questions about the shop, the uploading of the data to the database, actualisation of measurement points and positions in the database, actualisation of data values in the database (delivered by you).
