You are not alone with your Simutech Software, we offer maintenance to you. This includes: Hotline; Answers to your questions about installation and operation of the software. Delivery Of Updates; If new releases and updates are available we send it to you and install it (depends on the maintenance contract), we help as well by changes of the operating system and the database version.
Extensions And Add-ons;
As a special feature for maintenance customers we offer the extension of the software, one man-day work per request.
Error Correction;
If you detect errors during the operation of your Simutech software, we correct it in the shortest possible time and send to you the update.
Maintenance Specials
- You can choose between maintenance-per-request (paid per expenditure) and interval maintenance (for at least one year; but without restrictions during the year).
- The super-maintenance-contract contains the right for hotline requests as well outside our office times, and guaranteed answer time.
- We do remote-maintenance, too: per modem or over the internet.
- Flexible maintenance contracts allow for the adaption of the services according to the user`s needs.
