Metal Finishing Equipment
Singleton - Model Maxi - Plating Barrels
Singleton Corp manufactures a wide variety of plating barrel machinery to handle most manual and automatic hoist/tank systems. Unique, patented Maxi™ barrel geometry lets you choose sizes to meet your productivity goals. Because you can install a larger capacity Maxi™ barrel in your present tank system, output is increased. (For example, an 18" Maxi™ barrel fits in a 16" barrel line.) Maxi™ barrels place the work closer to the anodes for better current densities and faster plating. Singleton plating barrels carry a 23% open panel area which delivers the best of both worlds, efficiency and strength.
Singleton - Portable Plating Barrels System
The Singleton Portable Barrel Plating equipment is the perfect solution, when a full size barrel is too much. We offer a wide range of sizes allowing you to achieve optimum solution for the transfer and current density. Portable barrels can be for plating on a variety of smaller loads, precious metals or delicate parts. Complete assemblies are furnished with drives and high capacity copper cathode contacts. Superstructures are available in select configurations to match existing equipment.
Singleton - Metal Plating Barrels
Metal barrels made with superior materials, durable design, and quality construction for rugged use. Singleton metal barrel plating equipment are made-to-order from steel, stainless steel, Carpenter 20, or Monel.
