Dutair - Turbo Blowers
Turbo technology is the suggested method for achieving the highest efficiency in air compression up to 1 bar. Once the first turbo blower had been manufactured in 2001 using a new combination of techniques, spectacular improvements became visible compared to the conventional rotary piston and screw compressors. In addition to a vast reduction in necessary power, the sound pressure and maintenance schedule of the turbo blowers have come as somewhat of a relief. With the optimisation of the techniques used, we have improved our series of Dutair turbo blowers and simplified them into a universal compact turnkey module. In this process, we have engineered ease of use, control, security and communication into an extremely reliable machine.
Dutair - Side Channel Blowers
Dutair blowers are used worldwide for their highly reliable operation in the usual fixed frequencies of 50 and 60 Hz. The technical specifications comprise a range from 30 to 80 Hz in 10 Hz steps which makes Dutair blowers particularly suitable for speed control. Because the established characteristics are based on duration tests instead of calculations, a higher accuracy is achieved, which can help determine in advance the performance of your system. In the development of efficiency class IE2 and IE3 motors, we have managed to improve the power factor so much that the power consumption has been reduced enormously. Please take advantage of our extensive documentation and benefit from the following features.
Sjerp - Aluminium Centrifugal Ventilators
Dutair aluminium centrifugal fans have been successfully applied for decades in many markets for a variety of functions. The consistent high quality and solid construction ensure a quiet and sustainable operation that is highly appreciated by users. The development of aluminium centrifugal fans led to various performance improvements and accurately traceable specifications in the product sheets. This ensures a predictable output that can help minimise unnecessary spare capacity of these aluminium centrifugal fans.
ATEX - Blowers
The versatility of side channel blowers ensures that they are often used as ATEX blowers in applications with a certain degree of explosion risk. Installations with ATEX blowers are specifically designed to prevent any source of ignition. Through risk assessment according to ATEX 153, the user determines the ATEX zones for the environment and the installation. In each ATEX zone, the minimum product requirements are also established, which are classified in accordance with the ATEX 114 directive. Dutair ATEX blowers are available in a non-sparking version for areas with increased dust or gas explosion risk, ATEX Categories 3D or 3G. In addition, the single-stage Dutair blowers are available in a gas-tight version that includes impregnated aluminium components and special shaft seal. With your knowledge of the relevant application and the many Dutair ATEX blower options available, we can offer you a highly suitable solution.
Sjerp - Remote Drive Side Channel Blowers
The Dutair aluminium side channel ventilators are also available with a bare shaft. These are particularly suited to mobile use and where an electricity network is not available. The drive mechanism is powered by combustion engines or hydraulic engines. Higher capacities can be achieved with the direct drive by using a V-belt drive to operate at higher revolutions. This can also be done with a separate electro engine. Other advantages of side channel ventilators with a bare shaft, include:
Sjerp - Vacuum Pumps
The Dutair vacuum pump programme consists of a series of 20 to 100 m3/h rotary vane pumps with a vacuum up to 10 mbar absolute. Oil lubrication ensures a long life span and a deep vacuum. Dutair vacuum pumps are robust, compact and are able to operate continuously. They all feature a multiple-filter system which results in minimum oil use. Dutair vacuum pumps have multiple uses in the packaging industry, the food industry, in printing, in thermoforming and in lifting equipment for vacuum handling.
Sjerp - Rotary Vane Pumps
In addition to specific vacuum pumps, Sjerp & Jongeneel also has a range of rotary vane pumps that can be used as compressors or vacuum pumps. These vane pumps are available in oil-free and oil-lubricated format. The latter realise a slightly deeper vacuum, while oil-free rotary vane pumps do not require lubrication. Our rotary vane pumps are very compact so they can be effectively built into machines. The design is particularly suited to continuous use and also requires very little maintenance. The uses for vane pumps include aeration, vacuum tables, vacuum lifting of tanks, packaging machines, vacuum-forming.
Fans & Pumps - Steel Centrifugal Ventilators - Low Pressure Centrifugal Fans
Sjerp - Low Pressure Centrifugal Fan
Distinctions are made between thick and thin walled models of low pressure centrifugal fans. Thin-walled fans have an epoxy coating and can be supplied in ATEX versions as an option. Thick-walled fans are produced in various types of steel such as carbon steel Fe360, possibly zinc-plated, AISI 304 and AISI 316 stainless steel and from Corten steel. Ask about the extensive options for your use. The various types have been listed in the table below in order of pressure.
Fans & Pumps - Steel Centrifugal Ventilators - Medium Pressure Centrifugal Fans
Sjerp - Medium Pressure Centrifugal Fans
Distinctions are made between thick and thin walled models of medium pressure centrifugal fans. Thin-walled fans have an epoxy coating and can be supplied in ATEX versions as an option. Thick-walled fans are produced in various types of steel such as carbon steel Fe360, possibly zinc-plated, AISI 304 and AISI 316 stainless steel and from Corten steel.
