Filter type R is an efficient round filter, designed for continuous operation, if dust particles are to be separated for environmental reasons.Automatic cleaning of the filter bags effected by the efficient cleaning system ensures a stable, low pressure drop. The dust emission can often be reduced to less than 10 mg/m³ air, i.e. far below normal legal requirements.

The Sigma is a high-capacity cleaning and grading machine for small-sized to large grains or cereals. The SIGMA is designed for  pre-cleaning, malting barley grading, intervention standard cleaning, as well as industrial cleaning of cereals. The SIGMA takes up very little space and can easily be built into existing plants. The SIGMA requires very little foundation because of its vibration-free construction, making it suitable for mobile in stallation.

The PULCO air aspirator is designed to separate both light and heavy crops by air. Due to its compact size, it can be placed precisely where it`s needed in just about any production facility. It is ideal for precleaning at intake, for additional air cleaning in fine cleaning processes, for cereal seed before dressing. *or industrial cleaning or for malt at outloading.

Lofco is a highly efficient aspirator with built-in air recycling system for the separation of light particles from grain, seed and other granulated material. Lofco is an industrial, compact, and environmentally compatible construction and is easy to operate.

Dust aspiration on conveying equipment and process machinery is necessary to minimize dust emission in the feed mill, e.g. in the form of point filters mounted different Places in the processing plant. The filter creates a vacuum in the system and thus prevents dust from spreading into the feed mill. The filtrated dust is lead back to the plant for reuse in the feed production.

The SKIOLD bucket elevators, type D, are designed for vertical conveying of grain, granulates, meal products feed pellets with a maximum diameter of 16 mm and a maximum moisture content of 25 % The D type elevators are available in 6 sizes yielding a capacity of up to 545 mVh and a maximum height of 4-0 m.

SKlOLD`s flexible augers are available in two dimensions. 075 and 090 mm. The flight is made in flat spring steel with ultimate stress, ensuring stable operation. The drive sections are always supplied with a gear motor and can be placed by the inlet or the outlet, however, it is recommended to place it at the inlet. SKlOLD`s flexible augers are suitable in feeding systems, and SKI-OLD has a wide selection of outlets for automatic filling of feed dispensers. A vast program of accessories for both types of our flexible augers makes almost any transportation task possible.

The SKIOLO chain conveyors types S are designed *or horizontal, high capacity conveying - up to 475 mVh. The construction is completely enclosed and the flat bottom and rounded turning section secures very little material le`t over and thereby low contamination risk. The 5 series provides a reliable and low powered conveying of dry grain, granulates or feed products, i.e. ordinary, small-grained crops, meal and feed pellets. The product should have a maximum diameter of 16 mm and a maximum moisture content of approx. 25 %.

The SKIOLD outlet slide is designed for SKIOLD DK chain con-veyortype S. The slide is designed in a 600 mm and a 800 mm version for mounting anywhere on the conveyor bottom and is operated by either a 400 V 3 phase motor, manually operated or pneumatically operated. Position switches for open and closed indication.

SKIOLD self cleaning filters reduces the amount of dust in the mill. Installing filtres in the feed mill you reduce moisture level and prevents bacterial growth.
