The SKIOLD bucket elevators, type D, are designed for vertical conveying of grain, granulates, meal products feed pellets with a maximum diameter of 16 mm and a maximum moisture content of 25 % The D type elevators are available in 6 sizes yielding a capacity of up to 545 mVh and a maximum height of 4-0 m.
The construction of the elevators is based on modular sections comprising elevator base, - head and extension sections with bolt flanges for easy mounting. The modular sections system, also comprising the accessory program, is easily assembled and securing the optimum design and flexible solution for your specific task. The elevator head is of bolted construction with plummer block and angled outlet spout (30°). Top and base pulleys have lamellas and are rounded to ensure maximum friction and a straight running belt. For easy access to belt and buckets the front egg ~g "«s irspectior soor ~"~ buckets are h %- caca::_. ~ocel - "or high speed (2 m/sec) and short distance between the buckets.
The SKIOLD bucket elevators are made in heavy industrial design ensuring reliable operation for many hours a day. All parts incl. legging, head end base are made from thick pre or hot dip galvanized steel plates.
The SKIOLD bucket elevators come with shaft mounted geared motors securing a minimum of maintenance. The gear motors can be either right or left mounted securing a high degree of flexibility.
