Smart Techno System India Pvt Ltd. services
Continuous Emission Monitoring Services
Insitu Analyzers with no zero drift technology and no cross interface of any background gases. These are maintainance free analyzers with no spare requirements. Once powered, measurements are performed in real-time. We provide solutions in most challenging requirements of temperature upto 1500 deg C and pressure upto 10 bar at high dust loads. In open path we measure at 50ppb and upto 1 km.
Stack Dust Monitoring Services
The LaserDust Medium Path (MP), Long Path (LP), and Extra Long Path (XLP) Monitors are compact, optical dust monitors for true real time continuous in-situ measurement of dust concentration or opacity. The monitors are designed for measurement across pipes, stacks, and ducts with typical path lengths of 0.5 – 10 m. Our true non-contact approach is superior to point type dust meters.
Wireless Transmitters Services
The True Wireless gas detection system offers the most economical solution for monitoring gases from remote locations. Our UHF/VHF monitors offer up to 6 watts of power and are capable of transmitting in and around steel structures and over long distances in worst case scenario. No line of sight requirement. These are compatible with DCS systems using standard Modbus-RTU Protocol
Flue Gas Analyzer Services
Our flue gas analysers measure, analyse and document whether flue gas values are adhered. Once powered, measurements are performed in real-time. Our flue gas analysers help you with optimum flue gas analysis, exhaust gas measurement and the subsequent setting of your production plants - be it a furnace, boiler, gas turbine, engine or also an incinerator.
Mid-Infraed (MIR) Gas Analyzer Services
Detection of gases in the mid-infrared (MIR) spectral region. Some gas of interest (e.g. Sulfur Dioxide SO2) has no absorption features or, in case of nitric oxide (NO) and nitrogen dioxide (NO2), the absorption strength and thus the sensitivity is too low in the NIR. Hence it is necessary to move into the mid-infrared region (MIR, 3 µm – 12 µm).
