Smith & Loveless` After Market Division offers a full line of S&L parts to support its installed product lines, a full line of retrofit possibilities for S&L and other manufacturers’ equipment, as well as a well-trained service team ready to handle any project.

Smith & Loveless has built nearly 30,000 pump stations during our 70 years as a leader in the wastewater pumping industry.  Many are still in operation decades later.  In some cases, conditions change that require increased pumping capacity. We can help! In other cases, customers want to switch from their pump or rotating assemblies to Smith & Loveless` premium efficient units.  And still others want to prepare for flooding conditions with our I-SERIES™ Immersible Pump. We offer many retrofit packages to fit your needs.

Smith & Loveless has lead the grit removal industry for 4 decades with the PISTA® Grit Removal System.  Many of our original systems are still in operation, so if your older system is in need of an upgrade, we have plenty of new parts that can bring your system up to the current technology. S&L retrofit technology is available for competing units as well.

Smith & Loveless offers advanced touchscreen PLC and standard relay logic control options for pump stations, as well as our headworks and treatment systems. Whether a new or retrofit project, every control system is programmed and tested in the factory and at start-up.

Smith & Loveless offers complete field-erection and installation of its complete range of wastewater treatment and pumping systems. Smith & Loveless is no stranger to building on-site. With more than 500 field-erection installations to its credit, Smith & Loveless knows how to get the job done right — at the right price. Smith & Loveless’ field subcontractors are proven, skilled technicians, familiar with the intricacies of Smith & Loveless equipment. They also are experienced in working with other contractors at the same site. This level of expertise translates into minimal installation problems and on-time project completion. S&L field erection saves money with streamlined factory-to-field communication.

Smith & Loveless includes equipment start-up services in most of its new equipment sales proposals. Start-up is performed by either an S&L Customer Service field Technician or one of our representative firms` Factory-Trained Field Technicians.

From Goodland, Kansas to St. Louis, MO and everywhere in between, the Smith & Loveless Customer Service team is on-call 24 hours-a-day, seven days-a-week, ready to support you. We can assist you with everything from starting up your new pumping equipment to providing emergency service following a natural weather event. We can also supplement your staff with ProFlex maintenance contracts to optimize your system’s performance for decades to come. We call it S&L ProService.
