Safety Inspection On-site Service

Our On-Site services include installations, as well as providing the factory recommended maintenance and safety inspections. In addition, our team of Field Service Engineers also perform all necessary equipment repairs in the field, whether you are under warranty, Service Agreement or operating on a time and material basis.

The Smiths Detection Call Center maintains a fully trained staff of Support Service Agents for our complete line of X-ray and Trace equipment. Our team is available 24/7/365 to provide our customers with immediate assistance to problems encountered or with an easy means to order parts and consumables.
