Ventilation

Head Facade Ventilation System

With head gable ventilation, the lattice girder is missing, which means that the pushers have to be supported in a different way. The solution for this is a floating C-beam that is attached to the gutter by means of a girder leg. Snelder has special, compact rail mechanism housings that are mounted in the C-beam. This construction is extremely compact and takes little light away from the greenhouse.

Double Continuous Ventilation System

With this type of rail mechanism, two pull / push tubes are placed one above the other on the frame. The tubes each operate one of the continuous air vents placed opposite each other. With this system, the pushers run close to each other and they must therefore be dimensioned with extreme precision. We use a 3D simulation for this. This way we can quickly and accurately view the release of the deck windows. For optimum stability we mount the pushers on the pull / push tube with the help of an AK block and a heavy aluminum tube clamp.

Cabrio - Ventilation System

With this type of ventilation system, two deck halves can also be opened independently of each other and the two pull / push tubes are superimposed. With cabrio ventilation, however, the windows close in the ridge, in contrast to normal ventilation that hinges in the ridge. For good stability, the pushers for this type of ventilation are usually made of galvanized steel. The drive for convertible ventilation is the same as that of double continuous ventilation, including DDL rail mechanisms and AK block.

Horizontal Screening

Venlokas - Pull Wire System

With the puller wire system, a drive tube with clamping bushes on which steel cables are wound and unwound ensures the horizontal movement of the screen profile between the bars. We mount the cloth resting on the wire bed on the screen profile that moves between the bars. In order to close an energy-tight screen installation, a slip element is mounted under the screen profile. This slip element has an adjustable slip force and compensates for the shrinking and expansion of the greenhouse.

Pull-Push Screen System

With the push-push system, the screen system is operated by racks and push / push tubes. These, in turn, are coupled to the screen profile drawn between the bars. The diabolo wheel brackets provide guidance for the pull / push tube. Snelder uses a special 4-roll retardant to shield a shorter (end) box.

Rolling Screens

Facade Screen

A wall screen is usually supplied with one groove.Several screens can also be mounted per wall, depending on the number of purlin fields. In this way, a wall can also be partly darkened.

Twin Rolling Screen

A twin rolling screen is characterized by the winding tube with motor which is located in the middle of the screening section. The benefit of this is that larger sections can be darkened, which is a good solution for higher greenhouses in particular.
