SITEL started with the installation of air conditioning and thermal power stations. SITEL’s Public Works building contractor licence (nº 42) was obtained in 1962, and covered electrical and mechanical installations. Since then, SITEL has expanded into working on various air conditioning, thermal power station and central heating contracts. The company then began working in the supply and assembly of pipelines and airport installations for clients such as NATO and oil companies. SITEL obtained NP EN ISO 9001:2000 certification of its Quality Management System, thus assuring standardisation of products and services, client satisfaction and continuous improvement.
