Soil Therm Jet-THERM - Model Compact-THERM - Remediation Blower System

The Compact-THERM Remediation Blower System is designed for environmental remediation applications, providing an efficient solution for the extraction and processing of contaminated air or vapors. Built on a 6 ft by 6 ft steel skid equipped with lifting lugs and fork slots, the system is engineered for portability and robust field operation. Featuring a Roots 59 blower powered by a 15-20 hp Totally Enclosed Fan-Cooled (TEFC) motor, it ensures reliable air movement. The Jet-THERM(TM) burner and 4-inch stainless steel piping are optimized for safe and effective thermal processing. The system includes a 60-gallon dual-level switch stainless steel water knockout and a Goulds NPE knockout pump with a 0.5 hp motor for efficient liquid separation. It is managed via a UL Listed Nema 4 Main Control Panel with a comprehensive 8-inch color touchscreen operator interface, ensuring user-friendly control and data management.

This Mini-THERM thermal oxidizer system is engineered for advanced environmental remediation processes. The system is mounted on a 5 ft by 5 ft steel skid with both lifting lugs and fork slots for ease of transport and deployment. It incorporates a Roots 56 blower powered by a 10 hp Totally Enclosed Fan Cooled motor to ensure robust performance. The Jet-THERMTM burner is a key component, delivering effective combustion to treat contaminated emissions. Supporting its operation is a 3-inch stainless steel piping system and a 40-gallon stainless steel water knockout with a dual-level removable level switch for efficient separation of water from the air stream. The knockout pump utilizes a Goulds NPE stainless steel model with a ½ hp motor. The system is controlled via a 30-inch by 24-inch by 12-inch UL Listed NEMA 4 main control panel with an 8-inch color touchscreen operator interface, equipped with a 4GB data card for data management.

The Micro-THERM Remediation Blower Package, offered by Soil Therm, is engineered for precision in emissions control and environmental remediation applications. It is available in a compact 4ft by 3.5ft steel skid equipped with fork slots for ease of mobility. The blower system offers two configurations: the Siemens 1610 blower, delivering 220 cfm to 14 inches Hg with 8.5 horsepower, and the Siemens 1800 blower, providing 370 cfm to 10 inches Hg with 11.5 horsepower. The unit features a Jet-THERMTM burner and utilizes 3-inch stainless steel piping for durability and resistance to corrosion. A 25-gallon stainless steel water knockout with a dual level removable level switch manages condensation, paired with a Goulds NPE stainless steel knockout pump powered by a ½ hp motor. For operational flexibility, it incorporates both a 3-inch brass gate well vapor valve and a dilution air valve. The main control panel is 30 inches by 24 inches by 12 inches, UL Listed, Nema4, and includes an 8-inch color touchscreen operator interface with a 4GB data card for efficient system monitoring and control.
