Confocal microscope Confotec NR500 is a high-precision, fully automated 3D scanning laser Raman microscope with a spectrometer.

Compact Raman confocal microscopes-spectrometers of MR series from SOL instruments – models Confotec® MR350, Confotec® MR520 and Confotec® MR750 – are intended for micro spectroscopic measurements with the high-end system capabilities.

Confotec MR200 is a compact high-precision and price-effective confocal Raman microscope ideally suited for routine measurements and scientific research. The true confocal optical layout with a set of automatically switchable confocal diaphragms (pinholes) allows conducting a spectral analysis of micro-particles or Raman imaging of macro-objects with very high spatial resolution.

Confotec CARS is the multifunctional multi-channel 3D scanning laser microscope-spectrometer. Confotec® CARS is intended for simultaneous and multifunctional analysis: high-speed imaging by CARS signal; confocal Raman imaging; confocal fluorescence imaging; confocal imaging in the reflected laser radiation; high-contrast imaging in the transmitted laser radiation; as well as visualization of a surface profile by means of the second harmonics generation signal.

Laser elemental analyzer LEA-S500 produced by SOL instruments allows to detect chemical elements from H to U in a measuring range from 0.01 ppm to 100% in a matter of minutes. LEA-S500 is a unique system that combines innovative technologies in the field of spectral, measuring, digital and laser equipment, as well as software.

SOL instruments presents the state-of-the-art instruments for spectroscopy: classical Imaging Cherny-Turner monochromator-spectrographs of MS series. Our MS series monochromator/spectrographs comprise two groups: the middle focus, high-aperture, compact devices; and the long-focus – more than half a meter – high resolution devices with a large flat focal plane. All instruments are fully automated. The choice of a particular instrument depends on the purpose of measurement.

DF series represents a new generation of diode-pumped solid-state (DPSS) lasers that are more efficient than their lamp-pumped analogs. Perfection of laser design allows to eliminate the water cooling system, to reduce the overall dimensions, weight and power consumption while maintaining excellent laser output parameters.
