IO is a completely electrical mini fermenter/bioreactor with a fast and accurate thermoregulation system (without water circulation).
With total volumes of 200ml or 1000ml, it represents an innovative device for process development and media optimization.

The Jupiter platform offers multiple autoclavable vessel sizes and designs from 2.0 L up to 10.0 L total volume. The system is highly configurable, offering a wide range of measurement and control options. Pressure control up to 1.6 bar is also available in the 2 and 4 L volumes.

KRONOS is a benchtop automatic Tangential Flow Filtration (TFF) system, designed following the most updated criteria of cGMP.

Tangential flow filtration or Cross flow filtration Tytan develops a process in which unfiltered product (retentate) flows tangentially across a membrane surface. Any dissolved or undissolved permeate component smaller than the membrane passes through it, while larger suspended particulates remain in the retentate flow.

The M series includes standard SIP fermenters/bioreactors available in a range of six different volumes from 30 up to 200 litres, with a wide range of options and accessories.

The S and I series consist of highly automated pilot-industrial fermenters and bioreactors. Available from 5 up to 30.000 litres and more (S series 5 – 200 L; I series 300 – 30.000 L).

Solaris benchtop units can be supplied with a chiller units configured for single or multiple vessel usage enabling optimal vessel thermoregulation. Vessels utilizing water jackets use electric heaters in conjunction with PCS controlled chilled water flow. Vessels utilizing heat blankets flow chilled water through cooling fingers.
