Solaris - Model IO -Single & Parallel Mini Fermentors / Bioreactors

IO is a completely electrical mini fermenter / bioreactor with a fast and accurate thermoregulation system (without water circulation.)

LEDA Sampling System
- LEDA single use sterile sampling system enables up to 180 sterile samples per run.
- The needlefree connector is designed to reduce the risk of contamination during sampling.
Thermal mass flow controllers (MFC) allow precise flow rate control of individual gasses. Up to 5 MFCs can be configured within each PCS cube & integrated to the controlling software. This enables flexible aeration options for a wide range of applications.

Solaris controlling software offers a simply laid out, yet powerful platform for experimental design planning and process control. The graphical user interface enables the intuitive selection & adjustment of control functions.
Extracted data is compatible with Window Excel, but in addition, Solaris offers a platform where fermentation data can be easily exported in real time & thus managed. This software is included in supply and can be installed on an unlimited number of the client’s PC or laptops.

The Solaris Logic Parser plug-in, integrated to Leonardo 3.0 as standard, gives users the additional capability of customized control by relating all available process variables with common conditional statements. The communication between Leonardo 3.0 and logical functions is via exchange database.
