The Dynamic SiQ30 for non flammable solvents and the DiQ30 for flammable solvents. The Dynamic series has all the features of the Distatic Standard series but does not require bags. The rotating scraper system inside the boiler keeps surfaces free of hard deposits and does not require cleaning. This small compact unit is ideal for products that encrust in the boiler like some resins. Distilling chlorinated solvents at atmospheric pressure can result in a waste residue of oils and greases containing between 20 and 50% of solvent! Using vacuum distillation this can be lowered to between 5 and 8%. However, the best solution is achieved by combining vacuum distillation with azeotropic distillation. How azeotropic distillation works: The process consists of a `soft` vacuum distillation for about 70-80% of the polluted solvent. Later, the concentrated residues in the boiler are treated by a flow of steam that strips the residue part of the solvent still present at a temperature at least 20% lower than the critical point at which acidification of the solvent can occur. This results in a yield of distilled solvent > 99.7% Solvent contained in the waste residue is only: 0.1 - 0.3% Solvent continually fed back to degreasing unit. The SM series machines can be supplied without the steam unit allowing many other degreasing solvents to be treated such as methylene chloride.

This system is totally automatic and provides a simple and economical answer to the treatment of wastewater from parts cleaning equipment and coolants from metalworking operations. The system works 24/7 and can treat over 300 litres per day. The system concentrates the water containing oil up to 15 times, allowing the water to be reused and reducing the waste to a minimum. This means great savings for you whilst helping the environment. Thanks to its special design the unit is very quiet in operation.

By exploiting the technologies of heat pump and high vacuum evaporation a maximum yield can be achieved with low energy consumption. Under vacuum the boiling point of water is reduced to 35 - 40° C, using heat pump technology the same circuit is used for heating and cooling and the amount of energy required is reduced considerably. The HPR Series features a built-in heating coil and internal boiler cleaning system that prevents a build-up of solids on the boiler sides and base. These self-contained systems are ideal for a wide variety of applications including those that can incrust like inks, paints and salts etc. The range of equipment starts with flow rates of just 240 litres per day and increases through the different models to 2400 litres per day. The technology is easy to install and is extremely reliable. For higher volumes to be treated we recommend the HP-Cf series units. Also available constructed in special materials for certain applications.
