Model S60A and D60A -Solvent Recycling Systems
The Professional S60 for non flammable solvents and the D60 for flammable solvents. The Professional series features a two stage distillation cycle so that residues can be dried. They can also be equipped with various options including automatic loading and unloading systems for greater automation. A load capacity of 60 litres and available in 4 versions: S60A - Air cooled with copper condenser. S60 Ax - Air cooled with stainless steel condenser
D60A - Air cooled with copper condenser. ATEX certified for flammable solvents
D60Ax - Air cooled with stainless steel condenser. ATEX certified for flammable solvents
Can be used with optional vacuum system for high boiling point solvents or those that are temperature sensitive like chlorinated solvents.
Programmable microprocessor control provides memorised time and temperature control for ease of use. The number of batches can be set for consecutive loading cycles to reduce process time and increase productivity. Once programmed, the operator only has to start the machine for perfect results every time.
Options available include: Vacuum system, foam suppress disc, water separator and automatic unloading. More options available on request.
