STI was founded in 1982 by four scientists in beautiful Sonoma County, California. Their early work proved that air pollution is transported over land and water, and they made important contributions to incorporate sound science into a national visibility policy. Their goal was to create a company that operates at the forefront of environmental science and technology in an ethical and objective manner, while focusing on solving our clients’ challenges. Today, we continue to grow, working on interesting and challenging projects and providing an ever-increasing range of environmental services that meet and exceed client expectations.
