The Ma Probe offered by SOPAT is a versatile achromatic inline endoscope tailored for monitoring particle size and shape in laboratory and production contexts. This device features a narrow depth of field ideal for precise image analysis applications. Integration into active processes is straightforward, and adaptability is enhanced with options for cooling and purging tubes. The Ma Probe is compatible with various process connectors, including the Knick Ceramat W155 retractable fitting. It supports a particle size range of 1.5 to 250 µm and operates effectively between -10 to 130°C, with potential for higher temperatures with additional cooling. Constructed primarily from 316L stainless steel, it incorporates a sapphire window at the probe tip. The machine vision camera ensures detailed data acquisition, interfacing through GigE. Housing dimensions are compact, with an emphasis on durability and compliance with RoHS regulations. The design suits environments with pressures up to 320 bar on request.
