We offer a comprehensive service related to the modelling, monitoring and assessment of ambient and indoor air quality. This service provides support for the preparation of formal Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA), Indoor Air Quality Plans (AQP) and testing to meet BREEAM requirements or stand-alone air quality assessments for a variety of development projects. These including road schemes, commercial and residential developments, industrial developments, airports, mineral extraction and many other developments.
Breeam Assessments
BREEAM assessments are designed to help construction professionals understand and mitigate the environmental impacts of the developments they design and build. The method uses an evidence based assessment process, with a straightforward scoring system and recognised certification.Laboratory Testing Services
Our experience shows that designs based on actual test data are much more likely to achieve the required performance without being excessively over or under designed. Testing is usually completed to show compliance with building regulations, to investigate a problem or as part of the design process.
