Dewatering Bags are manufactured from both Woven and Non Woven geotextile material sewn together to form  a particular shape designed for strength and de watering ability.  Dewatering bags or filter bags and are referred to as a bag because of their shape and smaller size.

Dewatering Tubes are also referred to as GeoTubes, Geotextile dewatering bags, sludge bags, etc.. This process is widely used in most dredging and dewatering applications. The dewatering containers are especially beneficial where the sludge is removed hydraulically like dredging or high-volume pumping. The technology is based on filtration starting with the apparent opening size of the geotextile material. As the sludge accumulates inside the dewatering tubes, the accumulated sludge becomes a filter as well resulting in cleaner effluent. When dewatering organics or fine sediments a floculent or coagulant or combination can be added to the sludge to enhance both drying and purifying the effluent.

Spinpro supplies containment liners for your dewatering project. Our most common liner is a 21 mil reinforced liner that is easily deployed and can be made in one piece for smaller applications. For larger applications we supply up to 80 mil smooth and textured liners and can supply you with the training and equipment to seam them.EDPM Liners for Ponds, Lagoons, etc., EPDM Liners are sold in seamless panels 40ft wide up to 200ft long or 50ft wide up 100ft long. Smaller panels can be cut to order in 5ft increments. The minimum size available is 10ft x 10ft. We supply adhesives, tape and sealant as well as full line application products for seaming, repairing and applying this product.

Turbidity Curtains also referred to as Silt Curtains, Silt Barriers, or Turbidity Barriers, Turbidity Curtains or Floating Barriers are designed to deflect, contain and isolate sediment in order to stop or reduce suspended or floating particles from migrating from one area to another. Applications include Dredging, Marine Construction, Wastewater Ponds, Lagoons, and Rivers to name a few.  Material of construction ranges from PVC for oil booms to woven and non woven geotextile fabrics with varying degrees of filtration based on flow rates and turbidity control.

Hanging bags are approximately 3 feet x 3 feet or 1 meter x 1 meter with the sides and bottom sewn shut leaving the top open. The purpose of the hanging bag is for testing the de-watering performance of the bag by suspending it 3-5 feet from the ground and pouring the sludge slurry into the opening in the top of the bag. This process allows the Customer to match up the type and amount of pre treatment (if any) required as well as optimum material of composition for the bag.

Cubic Yard Dewatering bags are made with 4 sides measuring 1 yard x 1 yard sewn together to make the sides and a 1 yard x 1 yard sewn in for the bottom and the top so you basically have 6 1 yard x 1 yard pieces sewn into a cube. A fill port or flange is installed in the top of the bag and the product is pumped in to the bag to dewater the product and filter the liquids.

Roll – Off Tubes or Dumpster Bags are typically 15 foot circumference to 21.5 foot circumference x 20 feet long. They are designed to fit in existing containers that also act as a containment to capture the liberated liquids from the product pumped into the Roll Off Bag.

The SpinPro AutoFloc Automatic Polymer Flocculation Control System is a chemical control system used to optimize flocculant and/or coagulant dosage on dewatering applications including but not limited to screw presses, belt presses, dewatering tubes (Geo-Tubes), centrifuges, clarifiers and DAF;s. The system utilizes a microprocessor based controller in conjunction with a suspended solids or color monitor to continuously monitor and regulate the effluent quality. Optional feed forward inputs of flow and suspended solids allow faster adaptation to influent steam variations. The self-tuning PID controller eliminates overdosing and insures consistent process operation.

We supply Polymer Feeders for Dry and Liquid Emulsion Polymers. Our basic polymer feeder unit comes with static flow meters and a positive displacement pump with a variable speed control for varying the polymer and water solution and water flow meters.
