Springfield Water and Sewer Commission

The Commissioners are responsible for establishing the policies and procedures for efficient water and sewer operations. The Commission`s budget and workforce are organized by functional areas including Administration and Engineering; Water Supply, Treatment and Transmission; Water Distribution; Wastewater Collection; and Wastewater Treatment. Facilities are located at Borden Brook Reservoir, Cobble Mountain Reservoir, Ludlow Reservoir, Colton Street Customer Field Service, Administration Building at Bondi`s Island, and the Springfield Regional Wastewater Treatment Facility.
