The low cost, low power and long life are what differentiates the LuminOx Optical Oxygen Sensors from other oxygen sensors. Developed and manufactured by SST, the LuminOx family is a range of factory calibrated oxygen sensors which measure ambient oxygen levels using luminescence-based optical technology. Oxygen sensing using this sensor enables oxygen concentration to be calculated. The patented technology allows SST to produce a sensor that provides low power operation, while offering a much longer lifetime than electrochemical and galvanic sensors.

SST - Oxygen Analyser
The OXY-Flex Oxygen Analyzer is suitable for measuring in oxygen closed systems, such as ventilation pipes and boiler exhaust flues. The OXY-Flex Oxygen Analyzer is designed to measure the oxygen concentration in air or gas mixtures with temperatures of -100 to 400°C. The oxygen analyzer employs a well proven, small zirconium dioxide based element at its heart and due to its innovative design does not require a reference gas. The oxygen sensor element is mounted in the tip of the stainless steel probe and is protected by a sintered stainless steel cap.

The Flange Mount Zirconium Dioxide Oxygen Sensor is designed for easy sealing into a manifold or sampling chamber. Favoured by SST’s aerospace customers and in applications that require high temperature and pressure operation. SST’s range of zirconium dioxide oxygen sensors use a unique closed loop measurement system. While the sensor continuously measures the oxygen level, a heartbeat signal is also generated providing an immediate warning of any failures.

The Screwfit zirconium dioxide oxygen sensors have a threaded probe design making it easy to install. Optomax - Digital Liquid Level Switch for Oil and Water Detection
The Optomax digital range of liquid level switches are ideal for applications with restricted space that require a miniature, low power and low cost sensing solution. The microcontroller based sensor is solid state, incorporating an infra-red LED and phototransistor which are optically coupled by the tip when the sensor is in air. When the sensing tip is immersed in liquid, the infra-red light from the Optomax Digital sensor escapes making the output change state. The sensor can detect the presence or absence of almost any liquid type; oil or water based. It is insensitive to ambient light and is not affected by foam when in air or by small bubbles when in liquid.

The CozIR®-Blink Miniature CO2 sensor by SST Sensing Ltd is our lowest power CO2 sensor yet and is the lowest power consumption NDIR CO2 sensor available on the market.
