Texture Analyser - Attachments & Accessories - Temperature and Humidity Measurement

Stable Micro Systems - Model Thermal Cabinet - Measure Temperature

Thermal Cabinets with liquid nitrogen cooling and electric heating (-40°C to +180°C) solve the problems usually associated with the testing of hot and cold products such as molten cheese, ice cream, adhesives or waxes. Samples can be allowed to equilibrate to the required temperature before testing is performed within the cabinet.

Stable Micro Systems - Model Temperature & Humidity Module - Measure Temperature

This provides the facility to capture temperature and humidity data (sampled every 10 seconds) during a test.

Stable Micro Systems - Temperature Probe

This PT100 thermocouple probe plugs into the PT100 connector on the Texture Analyser and gives direct measurement over the temperature range -50°C to 250°C. Two probes can be connected via the PT100 ports to log data simultaneously from separate locations.

Stable-Micro - Peltier Temperature Controllers

When used in conjunction with the TA.XTplus or TA.HDplus Texture Analyser, the Temperature Controlled Peltier Cabinet and Temperature Controlled Peltier Plate provide a highly stable and accurate testing environment for many products. The Plate or Cabinet is coupled to a separate Peltier Control Unit (PCU) which can be conveniently located so that the required temperature is easily set and displayed or placed away from the Texture Analyser if space is at a premium.

Stable Micro Systems - Temperature Controlled Peltier Plate

The Peltier Plate provides a stable surface temperature for testing small or thin products such as pressure sensitive adhesives or films. This ensures that temperature effects are either minimised or are able to be accurately investigated. The surface dimensions are 110mm x 100mm and maximum operating temperature is +80°C to a minimum of 30°C below ambient.

Stable-Micro - Model XT/PC - Temperature Controlled Peltier Cabinet

The Peltier Cabinet provides a temperature controlled environment using PID control with an operating range from +80°C to 20°C below ambient.
