The flow-optimized design of the ABVL breakaway couplings leads to shorter loading times without additional energy consumption. Conversely, considerable pumping capacity (pressure loss) can be saved with the same loading capacity. In addition, the design ensures a particularly low tendency for cavitation in the clutch.

The TR series couplings are particularly used in processes with hazardous media. Here it is of no importance whether these are liquids, gases or light pasty or highly viscous media – the TR dry disconnect coupling withstands.

This coupling series meets the most up-to-date requirements - but is designed around a basic bayonet principle according to STANAG 3756 that is tried and tested for decades, i.e.:  The TX dry disconnect couplings consist of two coupling halves (male and female sections), each of which is equipped with a disc cut-off valve. Coupling is performed by pushing the male half axially into the female half. A rotary motion creates an impermeable connection between the two coupling halves. Further rotation by approximately 100° opens the valves by transmitting a sliding action into the centre of the male section, which opens a ring-shaped flow channel. During the uncoupling operation, the rotatory movement is performed in the opposite direction: The flow channel in both coupling halves is impermeably sealed before the coupling halves can be separated.

Multi-Contact fork plugs are designed for direct connection to copper or aluminum bus bars. Our standard GSR fork connectors are suitable for applications in non-corrosive environments indoors or protected outdoor installations. Our double fork plugs type GSRD are designed for 5mm, 6.35mm (1/4`) and 10mm thick copper or aluminium bus bars. Special fork plugs can be supplied upon request.

Touch-protected 1.5mm and 2mm diameter connecting leads are designed in accordance to DIN 42802-1 and DIN 42802-2. All our leads use highly flexible TPE or silicone insulated wire. Connectors are available in an over-mold and self-assembly version. All insulating materials are suitable for steam sterilization. Plugs for self-assembly can be purchased separately. Panel mount receptacles and adapters for screw-in or press-in assembly into panels of metal or plastic casings complete this product line. ring the whole life of the PV installation.
