Membrane/Process Development - Skid Mounted Membrane Filtration Systems

Sepa Membrane Test Skid

The unique design of the Sepa test skids allow flat sheet membranes to be quickly changed out, thus reducing time between trials. Skid systems are available in single or multiple cell configurations in both parallel and series modes. The skid system also displays and records the data collected by the integrated sensors in real-time. Collected data can be accessed and retrieved using USB or Ethernet connections.

Model CF042 - Membrane Test Skid

The unique design of the CF042 test cells allows flat sheet membranes to be quickly changed out, thus reducing time between trials. Skids are available in single or multiple cell configurations in both parallel and series modes. The skid system also displays and records the data collected by the integrated sensors in real-time. Collected data can be accessed and retrieved using USB or Ethernet connections.

Hybrid Membrane Test Skid

This system has been specifically configured for use with standard 1812 and 2540 spiral wound elements in parallel with Sterlitech cross flow cells, including Sepa, CF042, and CF016.

Analog 1812 Membrane Test Skid

Sterlitech 1812 Membrane Test Skids are designed to evaluate the performance of membranes widely used in Reverse Osmosis, Nanofiltration, Ultrafiltration, and Microfiltration applications by simulating the flow dynamics of larger, commercially available membrane systems. This test skid offers experimental control by allowing adjustment of the flow parameters to accommodate a wide range of applications. This system has been specifically configured for use with standard 1812 spiral wound elements.

Sterlitech - Forward Osmosis Membrane Test Skid

The Sterlitech Forward Osmosis Membrane Test Skid is designed to evaluate the performance of Forward Osmosis membranes under varying conditions. This test skid offers experimental control by allowing adjustment of the flow parameters to accommodate a wide range of operating conditions and applications. This system has been specifically designed for use with Sterlitech Cells configured for Osmotically Driven Processes.
