Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPP) have become a necessity and an immediate concern for construction contractors. The Environmental Protection Administration, Clean Water Act now makes it a requirement to have a SWPPP on all construction projects when more than one acre of soil is disturbed and has not been enforced until recently.
