Gary Hopkins and Mark Kirves working side-by-side for more than 30 years to isolate pollutants from groundwater in the thermoplastics and plastic welding industries, co-founded Storm Water Systems. In 1992, we founded our first company, Plastek Werks, Inc., a plastic welding and fabrication company specializing in manufacturing and field service throughout the United States, Central and South America. Plastek Werks quickly became the trusted source for a broad scope of high-performance thermoplastics services. Almost 15 years later, Storm Water Systems’ story began.
